ANY RETURNS RECEIVED BY MACPOWER.COM WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE BOX WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Please read the rules and regulations below to obtain an RMA number. |

Only after you have received an RMA number will we accept the product return. |
| 2. |
The RMA number must be very clearly labeled on the outside packaging along with a packing list with original invoice. Otherwise it will not be accepted. |
| 3. |
Our policy for returnable products is for repair/replacement only. No credits or refunds provided. |
| 4. |
Differing products have different warranty periods. Please do not request a replacement due to inability to install product. Contact technical support for help. |
| 5. |
All returns must be packaged in its original box and packaging material. Should you return the product without original product packaging the warranty is immediately voided. |
| 6. |
The RMA return must be a MacPower.com product otherwise no warranty will be given, the package will either be not accepted or the sender must pay for shipping back. |
| 7. |
All RMAs are inspected. |
| 8. |
The RMA return must be packaged in original condition including: packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories. Returns with missing items will be charged on a per item basis. No exchanges will be authorized for any packages returned without and RMA numer. |

The customer assumes responsibility for the product until recept and acceptance by MacPower.com |
| 10. |
Shipping via insurable carrier is recommended. |
| 11. |
Any units found to be defective due to materials or workmanship will be replaced. |
| 12. |
The customer will be notified of the final status for the product being returned. |
| 13. |
Any product found to be misused, abused, neglected is not eligible for warranty replacment. |
| 14. |
If upon customer receipt the package is found to be damaged or tampered with contact customer service immediately. As a percaution we take digital images of all products leaving our warehouse. This is done for customer protection as well as fraudulant claim investigation purposes. This allows us to file damage claim with the carrier involved. |

All our items are pre-tested before shipment. |
| 16. |
All items are shipped insured and well packaged. |
| 17. |
Shipping fees are not refundable |
| 18. |
Any fraudulant activity commited by a customer against MacPower.com will automatically lose all privacy rights (as appointed by local laws). We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. |
